How do I place an order? 

If you wish to buy an item from the 'SHOP' section of the site, click on the 'Add to Basket' button and another window will open showing details of your order. When you are finished click 'Proceed to Checkout' and you can complete the purchase from there. 

How do I pay?

Payments are processed by Paypal. You can use your debit or credit card to pay even if you don't have a Paypal account.

How much does postage cost?

There are no postage costs as items are sent via email. It is not possible for us to send items via post.

How will I get the items? 

Once you have paid for your items they will be sent to you as pdf attachments via email. All orders are processed within one hour. Receiving items via email attachment means that you receive them quickly, they come at a cheaper price and you can reprint and reuse them time after time.

How soon should I receive my items? 

You should receive your items within an hour of you paying for them.

Why haven't I received my items?

Sometimes our emails do not arrive or are directed into junk mail folders. On other occasions messages cannot be sent because there is not enough room in your inbox. If you do not have your items within twelve hours of payment please contact us at schoolslinks@yahoo.co.uk

Why won't the files open?

You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to open the pdf files. It is free to download from www.adobe.com.  

Are the resources copyrighted?

schoolslinks.co.uk own the copyright to all of the items. If you purchase an item you are granted permission to use it at home or within your own classroom. You cannot pass the resources to others, make them available on other websites or offer them for resale.
